Drupal doesn't have a default WYSIWYG editor. If you want to use one there are many options available, mainly Tiny MCE and this one, my editor of choice, FCK Editor.
Thanks for sharing how you installed this module. A word of warning though. In your demo you allow file upload to anonymous users. These are all visitors to your site. I personally would find that unwise to allow that to unidentified users. May be for Intranet use in a company that would be OK, but for an Internet site it is good to not just let anybody upload stuff to your server and reserve that right to users that have properly identified themselves with a valid email address. This way you have some means to block out spammers.
